About the project:
New ground up hotel in Healdsburg with 108 guestrooms totaling 121,553sf. Project consists of a Lobby Building, Grange Building, Spa, Fitness Center and East & West Guestroom Clusters. Within the project, there will be a restaurant, rooftop bar, display kitchen, a large family pool, a lap pool, 2 spas, and large outdoor event spaces.
