About the project:

Nestled in Oregon’s Cascade Mountains, Broken Top was voted one of North America’s 5 finest communities and top 10 private golf courses. The development’s centerpiece, a new 27,000 square foot clubhouse, was crafted to complement its natural surroundings utilizing wood, copper, glass, and locally-quarried stone.

Boasting full amenities, the clubhouse offers members a full-service restaurant, private grill, banquet dining, exercise and swimming facilities, locker rooms, and pro shop with sweeping views of the lake and Broken Top Mountain. The Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference presented R.D. Olson with the Gold Nugget Award of Merit for this project.
