About the project:
Adaptive reuse of an existing building, along with new construction to complete a new full-service Hilton Hotel
First phase will include the renovation of an existing 3-story building to a hotel with 91 rooms, a bar/restaurant, meeting room and kitchen.
New construction of a 6-story building will contain 82 rooms, banquet/pre-function, fitness facility and kitchen.
