About the project:
A new, ground-up, Type 3A, multi-family project consisting of 2- and 3-story buildings to contain 50 units of affordable housing. This 60,000 square foot project is the second phase of this development, and will include such amenities as a community building, tot lot, pool and separate parking lot.
