Ground-up construction of a 5-story, 179 key hotel. Set on 2.75 acres, this 128,000 SF hotel will feature a lobby, lounge, bar, buffet, dining space, meeting rooms, fitness center, swimming pool, cabanas, fire pits, outdoor catering kitchen and event lawn.
