Drawing on over 25 years of experience in the business development field.  Cynthia works on increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as expanding the R.D. Olson brand.  She supports the R.D. Olson bidding teams by continuing to establish the client and influencer relationships, she refers to this pivotal time as ‘all hands on deck’ until the ultimate goal when a project has been awarded to the R.D. Olson team.  Further she takes an active role in nurturing the new clients through the construction process, while concreting the client relationship into a repeat customer, as well as guiding existing R.D. Olson customer relationships.  She has generated an impressive network of relationships within the construction industries architects and designers through value add services providing strategic RD Olson thought leadership towards project success.

Cynthia takes active roles in strategic marketing, collaborating with top executives, setting objectives and identifying methods to reach those goals of targeting customer segments.  Cynthia’s background of finance, construction lending, interior design and as a former Vice President of smaller general contracting firm provided a perfect well-rounding to excel in her role with R.D. Olson Construction.
