About the project:
This “Wrap style” apartment project, consists of an on-grade parking Garage, (7.5 levels) with a swimming pool, clubroom and fitness center on the top level. The 344 Apartments are 5 levels on grade, all wood construction with some structural steel. The site work includes grading, landscape, site concrete, site masonry, and five ground level courtyards with BBQs, seating areas and a linear park along the east side of the property.
The apartments will include a Leasing Office, Amenities, fitness and clubrooms.
