About the project:

Hired to Join Neiman Marcus’ leading edge design and construction team to completely renovate this flagship store, R.D. Olson added an “Estee Lauder” state of the art spa, the “Mariposa” restaurant and espresso bar and installed new escalators. Reflecting this retailer’s focus on quality, the finishes feature marble flooring, steel and glass balustrades, gold and silver leaf finishes, custom wall coverings, custom carpets and etched glass.
